We're looking for someone who wants to be among the best content people in Scandinavia – and who sees every piece as a chance to get sharper.
About us
Bonzer is a specialised SEO agency passionate about helping businesses strengthen their online presence and visibility across Google and AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. That’s why we focus on crafting strong, organic strategies and SEO results tailored to our clients’ needs, goals and ambitions.
At Bonzer, we support our clients’ overall business and marketing strategy through in-depth analyses, strategic roadmaps and effective SEO sprints. We value close, honest and transparent relationships, both externally with our clients and internally with each other.
The role
As our new Content Specialist, you'll join a content team we're actively building and strengthening. You'll produce high-quality content for Bonzer's clients – content built to rank at the top of Google, earn coverage in the media and be visible in AI search platforms and language models.
Search is changing rapidly. More and more people find answers, products and brands through AI models. That's why journalism and PR skills are more valuable in SEO than ever. You'll work hands-on with this shift every day, helping our clients grow through organic visibility.
We want someone who's naturally drawn to exploring how new AI tools can make their day-to-day sharper. Not because someone tells you to, but because it's genuinely fun to figure out what's suddenly possible.
We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. What we expect is that you bring strong craft, high standards and the drive to keep raising the bar.
Your responsibilities
- You'll create different types of high-quality content for our clients, such as blog posts, product and category texts, press releases, and graphic and interactive formats. Every piece combines strong craftsmanship with a clear strategic purpose.
- You'll drive Digital PR for our clients: find newsworthy angles in data and client insights, pitch stories and land coverage in global media.
- You'll create content that AI models pick up, cite and trust, helping our clients become visible not only on Google but also in the answers AI search platforms give.
- You'll explore how new AI tools can make your day-to-day work sharper – and share what you learn with the team.
- You'll own your tasks from start to finish. You'll keep an overview of multiple tasks and deadlines, take responsibility for the quality of your work and contribute to your team's shared goals.
Who you are
You have experience within journalism, PR, communication, content creation or similar areas.
Above all, you're a genuinely strong writer and know what makes a story newsworthy. You know how to create texts that are engaging, well-structured and tailored to different audiences and formats – and you take pride in delivering quality every time, even under deadline pressure.
Experience with SEO isn't a requirement, but we want to see a genuine interest in AI search, visibility in AI models and Digital PR. Just as important, you're curious about AI as a tool, not just as a topic.
You're organised and structured, and you take responsibility for your own performance. That's why we're looking for new colleagues who thrive in a collaborative environment, value community and share our values, so that together we can strengthen each other and the company.
You have high standards for your own work – you seek out feedback, study the best in the field and enjoy improving yourself. We value your character, craftsmanship and teamwork above all.
You'll thrive here if…
- you get a kick out of seeing your story in the media or your text at the top of Google
- you see feedback as the fastest way to grow
- you like a dynamic day where no two days are the same
Language requirements: You must speak and write fluently in Danish and English, and be a resident of Denmark, as the role is based at our Copenhagen office. Excellent Danish skills are essential for creating content for our Danish clients, and English is our primary working language across markets.
What we offer
- Dedicated support from day one
- Mentorship and skill development
- Working with exciting clients and brands
- Rapid development and career opportunities
- Valuable insight into SEO and the latest developments in AI-driven search
- Responsibility and independent tasks from day one
- Close collaboration with experienced and specialised colleagues
